Food and Beverage Management Degree

A Food and Beverage Management Degree is specialty area of hospitality management, focusing on the combined business and artistic aspects of dining and bartending operations. As a student, you will gain knowledge about food service preparation and management, beverage and bartending services, including wines and spirits, and cost controls involved.
